overflow and sump question

I havent set up the tank yet and the more I read the more I think I should go with a sump. Could someone recomend a good overflow and pump setup. I have a 20 long that I could use for the sump if someone could give me detailed instructions where the baffles go and everything. My 65 gallon tank sits on a regular 30" AGA stand.

Check out the search function on this website.
There are many threads that discuss overflows, where to place the baffles, size pump, etc. Check it out for plenty of reading material :)

if its planned right you wont need baffles in the sump at all. The secret is to keep the flow slow enough through the sump that filtration can do its job. Any bubbles will rise and dissapate before the return pump can suck them up if the sump speed is correct.

I would place a skimmer in the sump that is direct fed from the display. This gets the rawest water possible to the skimmer chamber for processing.
