Overflow box for non drilled 55gallon

I wanna make a overflow box instead of my pvc overflow for my 55 gallon it's not drilled anyone kno how to make one like this or have a link with instructions? Def appreciate the help

Hey singlefile43, how well does your pvc creation work? does it continuously flow without problem? How exactly does it work? I am relatively new to the hobby and my father and I are making a sump and looking into making an overflow as well.
