I just have a 2700 lph and 2000 lph pump. Can you post some pictures of your overflow? specially in the part where you introduce the air valve. Did you paint your pvc?

:eek1: sorry for the mistake, my pump 2400 lph Not gallon!!!
I will post some pictures when I can

I don't use any paint for pvc, also I use diffrent technique to remove the air, so I don't use air valve (I use connect the hose in a small pump in the sump and once the overflow starts I remove the small pump to let the hose drops the watter on the sump alone.

My overflow appears a little in this video, the overflow in the right side of the screen

I have the eshoppes and aside from working out the loud noises, i've had no issues at all. Always restarts.

I bought premade silencers for my eshopps and it is did silent. Always restarts. Never failed in 3 years
