Overflow Q/comments

OK, we're getting ready to switch Glenn's tank over to the 150 but need to either get 6 pieces of glass `6X6 to make the 2 overflow boxes or another thought I had. We called around and everyone wants about 50 bucks for the glass to build those. They lace glass with diamonds now I guess!

So another thought I had was to build 2 boxes with some acrylic that I could pick up down at JBJ (or whatever that places name is). Then if we built it with back side on the boxes, use the bulkheads for help to attach them to the wall. The bulkheads will have the seal on the back of the tank so the threaded portion is inside the tank for this method.

Shoot this idea down and give me some more options/thoughts.

I think that you are describing what I did. I built an over flow out of acrylic that sits on the inside of the tank that the bulk head goes through. I only have one though on my 90. I used this same technique on my old 55 FOWLR.
