Overheated what do i do

Hi guys,

Can u help, i went away for the weekend and the fan i use to cool the tank seized and did not work for 3 days. Tank temp reached 31.5degress it normally stays constant at 26night 27 day.

I had just got colour back as well, now everything has gone brown again and does not look healthy. I had polyp extension again this morning which is a good sign. Whats the best way to let tank recover?

I dont think there is much u can do now except try and keep everything stable and wait.
