Ok, Dr Roy has hinted that there's a dramatic color difference between male and female O. scyllarus that can be spotted across the room to tell male from female. He won't share the answer and, as you know, curiosity killed the cat! (Or in this case, the catdoc!) I have absolutely no clue what the difference is but am hoping someone here does.
If you know whether your O.s. is male or female and think you know the color difference, can you post it here so we can all compare notes and come up with the answer? Inquiring minds want to know....
