I am setting up a CO2 reactor and just got my hands on an oxygen tank. Could I use this as my CO2 tank for my CR? It is also corroded somewhat. Is this OK? Thanks in advance.
I would advise against putting any gas into a tank other than what it is labeled for. It could be a real safety factor. I don't think that you would find anyone willing to fill it either.
If the tank has recently been hydro'd, you might be able to find someone to fill it for you but I would not recommend it. Also, stay away from corroded high pressure tanks, they are not safe.

it depends on the tank, and the DOT codes stamped on the tank. some tanks can be fitted to hold another gas. but since CO2 is normally stored in the tank as a liquid, and is sold by weight. having a tank pressure filled with gas, which can be done is very inefficient. the gas quickly runs out. i would recommend going to a local welding supply. they often have 5 and 10 lbs tanks.
