Ozone and algea

I have been using Ozone for about 2-3 weeks. ORP is 375. I was under the impression that ozone would help with algea in my display tank. However, I'm finding I need to clean the glass of my display tank almost every day. The algea is only on the glass. My tank has been running for 2 months. Could this just be part of the new tank "break in" period?

Thanks

IMO, ozone will help the situation but will not cure it. Excess nutrients (nitrates, phosphates) are the root cause of algae. Until they are under control, algae will continue to grow. It is normal for a new tank to have algae blooms. However, your situation does not sound like a bloom as it is pretty normal IME to have algae grow on the glass.

You might want to consider a clean-up crew (snails, etc.)
