Ozone in QT against ich

This is just a thought, a bit academic.

If you had not cyced the medium for QT, ozone may work.

O3 converts ammmonia to nitrate, and also has some disinfection utility.

O3 will have no impact if you use hypo.

O3 will certainly degrade many drugs, but I think straight copper is too stable to be degraded by O3 (to what?)

I don't know the impact of O3 on cheleted copper, may be the chelation can be broken. I don't know.

Few people who use O3 don't know the importance of cycling the medium for QT in advance, I'd think, so this is academic.

May be in an unexpected emergency even for those who plan ahead.

actually your hypothesis seems to be correct....... My only concern is that qt tanks are usually smaller..... how would you administer the ozone in the qt tank?
