ozone without airdrier

what is the problem If I use a Ozonizer without air drier??
is a microzone 500 from clearwater.
a friend wants to sell me a microzone 500, the microzone was used by 1 year, all this time without airdrier.
but I would like to know if exist any problem when you use tho ozonizer without airdrier!

I think with out the air dryer the corona corrodes reducing the effectiveness of the ozone generator

Without an air dryer Corona Discharge units become corroded like mentioned above. They are generally less effective without an air dryer as well. You want dry air entering the unit. Of course most air around an aquarium is very humid. I would guess that the unit is ok but I would get an air dryer. If its a good price I would say go for it.
