I have one made by Enaly. They are a Chinese company and I bought my unit online for about $100 I believe. It has a built in air pump and with my ear a foot or so away from it I can barely hear it. I have had it running for about five years now with no problems.

Do you mean a reactor or just the generator?
The usual ozone generators make no noticeable sound if your ears are more than a few inches away from them.
