Ozone

I am contemplating running ozone into my tank. I know I'll need an ORP monitor for this. I am asking all you knowledgeable souls out there if you can relate some of the pros and cons to this.

Thanx

Pro - kills stuff
Con - kills stuff

I don't know, I am just in a goofy mood. Good luck with the research.

I added Ozone about 3 months ago and I really like it! I have a milwakee monitoring running that monitors ORP. I have it set to 400. When it hits 400 the Ozone shuts off, when it the ORP drops lower than 400 it turns it back on. Set it and forget it. My water cleared up noticable over the course of a couple days, and continues to look better than it ever did before I had Ozone. I also really stay on top of my carbon filtering. I change my carbon out weekly, and I run a filter sock with carbon in it, and I also use my Magnum 350 canister to run carbon. In my experience, I can say enough good things about the set up. It's pricy to get started, but worth it in my opinion.

It is an Enaly 200mg/ hour. Yeah it's on my 70 gallon...which has a full system amout of just over 100 gallons. Works like a charm.
