P3 firmware update failed-controller down-need help ASAP

I was doing a firmware update and communication failed, the download failed, the controller shut itself down and now will not restart.

HELP!

Thanks for the help, the P3 is back up and running.

Quick note, if firmware version "m" is in use, be sure to use 5.0.0.7 software too.
