Got a Finnex 22g from www.premiumaquatics.com and let me just say that the customer service, hands down, is unrivaled!

Jay kept in touch, answered emails, live chat, and even called me on the phone. Oh not to mention some of the lowest prices on the net.

Bought some items from them and a Maxi-jet arrived with a missing clip off the top. I emailed them and Jay emailed back very quick (on a weekend )and apologized about it and said he would ship one out Mon. Well Mon I get the UPS shipping notice and I had it by Wed.
Great customer service from Jay and I have no problems placing large $$ orders with them. Always well packaged, invoice in the shipping box and by email, and tracking numbers always sent on every order
