Standard ethernet cat5e network patch cable will work just fine!
Most stores that sell them have from 1 metre to 30 metres.

I have been wrong before but the two cables aren't the same

^^, I also read somewhere that they are not the same either. Not 100% sure though.

They are the same and if not they do work I have my system setup with them.

Just wondering why they don't just call it a cat cable instead of PAB?
i think Apex does the same thing. seems odd.

This is because the system in sum is company branded "PAB" ProfiLux Address Bus
