PAB Powerbar Not Recognized

I have a P3 with firmware 5.01. Is that why after following all directions / suggestions that it still doesn't recognize the PAB Powerbar?

You are running a very early firmware from when the P3 was launched 2 years ago, you need to upgrade the firmware
