Pachyclavularia sp ID

I have this two GPS Frags but I don't know which one is the Pachyclavularia viridis and which one the Pachyclavularia violacea. Anybody can tell me who is who?

Here's some info, there was past confusion as to species name, and in this link it says that Pachyclavularia violacea isn't a valid species name. I can't find any info on the differences between the 2 names you're asking about. Frustrating because I'd like to identify mine correctly.
