Ati is hands down the best light in my opinion I have ever used. You cannot go wrong with ati. I have not used their hybrid but from what I have read they are pretty awesome. There are a few mars members running them hopefully they will chime in with some first hand experience.

Ati: definitely known for better t5s
Ps: the LED cluster/color combos are better imo for the price considering they give you more colors. I think that ati is quite expensive for what they give you (led wise). The ps definitely has a more "full spectrum" led combo.
Imo, If you're more into the led and not too concerned about the t5s, then ps is probably a better option for you. If you're more into t5s and just want led as an added bonus, then ati is probably the better choice.
Either one will be awesome and big bucks$$!!
Now if there was a unit with ati t5 powermodule quality and sleekness with radion LED level, that would be insane; more to come on that one!
