Paint for inside canopy?

I tried to search, I've seen it before, but couldn't remember what people recommend. I know I want it to be white so it reflects the light, and also something to protect the wood and resist mold.

Thanks!

i used Zissner white primer made for damp areas. i forget what its really called, but its carried at HD

I just used high gloss enamel paint (white) that is made for bathrooms. It was either the Home Depot or Lowes house brand (Behr or American Tradition).

THey also sell a marine paint at HD that is used for areas that will get high water exposure. It is safe for aquariums too...
