Paint for plastic pipes in tank

What type of spray paint should I use for pvc pipes in my display tank that won't harm the tank?

+1 on the Krylon - Just let it dry for a week to be on the safe side.

I have used Krlon also (gloss black) inside my tank...its been in there about 3 years....no problems....

I was wondering how long to let it dry for. Flamron you let it dry for a week. Is that normal length of time or you just want to be very sure.

Will other plastic paints work as well? Valspar makes spray paint for plastic as well. Not sure how you tell if is is safe?

Be very careful about spray paints around your tank. I was using spray paints in the next room and the fumes went into the room with my tank and pretty much killed everything except a few fish and my ricordeas

I sprayed it outside I just wonder now if it was safe to be in the water, LOL

I guess egg crate is cheap enough...
