there's no difference between an ocellaris and a black & white. Same species. If this is an onyx percula then there's no difference between that and a "normal" percula. Just that the natural black is more pronounced in the onyx.
If looking at mating, each will mate with it's respective "normal" counterpart. Actually they'll mate with any of the percula complex which includes perculas and ocellaris.
