Pair of lights not emiting the same light on same setup?

So, I just recently replaced all 3 of my gen1 radions under warranty after 1 of them just went out. (Major kudos to ecotech btw...I called about 1 light failing, and they replaced all 3 that I own!)
I set them up again with ecosmartlive and they all work. The problem, is that one of my tanks has 2 lights covering it...set exactly the same as a group...but at night when the lights are supposed to be on low, they do not stay the same at all!
One has a nice, low, blue lighting...the other is almost completely off! I had them both set at 3% output originally, and the right one was low with the left off.
What gives? Any ideas?
I used these exact same settings before on my lights, and never had this problem.

Klwheat,

To correct the issue you are experiencing you will need to perform a calibration on all of your Radions. Please follow the steps below to correct the issue:

1. Power down all Radions for 30 seconds
2. Start the Connection Manager
3. Open EcoSmart Live using either Google Chrome or Safari as your internet browser
4. Select the "Wrench" icon below each Radion then select "Calibrate"
5. Perform a thorough calibration on each Radion
6. Repeat step 5 for each Radion

So, do i need to do these 1 at a time then? Is this via usb connection or wireless? Also, can i leave the separate one on my reef alone as it's not grouped with the 2 over my FOWLR tank or do i need to calibrate it too?
Thanks!

klwheat,

The calibration will occur one at a time, and can be performed on both USB connected Radions and Radions wirelessy. Also, if you only have a single Radion over the FOWLR aquarium, then calibrating that Radion won't be necessary.

i have 2 radions over the fowlr tank...my reef is the smaller tank with only one light. do i need to calibrate the reef one too..or just the 2 over the fowlr? Also, i can do just the fowlr group without messing up the reef correct?
Thanks Alex!

Ok, the 2 over my fowlr worked just like the instructions. Thanks! Now I suppose I should calibrate the one over my reef too just to make sure that 12k is really 12k...but I hate to mess with it when its doing so well already! LOL
