I just got a pair of ORA Grade A Picasso clownfish and they are not eating.

All I have in my tank right now are 2 green chromis and Bellus Angel Blue Female.

I have feed them Ocean nutrition pellets, flakes formula one and 2...also frozen brine, myiss, and prime reef.

Anyone have any Ideas?

I have a 90 gallon tank....36x24x24 reef

It looks like one of the clowns back fine has some missing....

The chromi's are probably picking on them. Ask the person you got them from what they liked the most and if you're feeding it and they're not eating it, they're stressed out.
If you have a camcorder set it up and see what goes on when no ones around, lol.
Is there an anemone for them?

+1 on the chromis.. other damselfish and clownfish are prob not go co-habitants.

I would try live food.. when my clowns got stressed after a move they went almost 2 weeks without eating..

finally after days of trying every food I could find.... live brine shrimp.. they cant resist

I have a tiny wild caught clownfish in qt right now and the only thing he will eat are live black worms. I have had him for over a month and tried pellets, flakes, frozen brine, myiss, and cycloop-eeze with no luck. But a least he will eat black worms.

I had no idea that green chromis and clowns don't get along. I always thought that green chromis were peacefull fish. I will catch them with my fish trap and take them out of my tank. I do notice the green chromis and clownfish hanging out in a group together, but I think you are right...I think I have seen them take snips at my clowns. Bye Bye Green Chromis. Thanks :P I will also try live brine shrimp and black worms.

Thanks so much for this info! I got one green chromis out of my tank and the clowns are swimming together now. I just have one more to get with my fish trap. Actually I am going to sell the bellus angelfish and just have my clowns. I would like them to breed them...if I can.

You may not need to remove the last chromis, you may have changed the dynamic of the tank enough for the clowns to settle in.

My clowns did eat a little yesterday. :P One seems to eat and the other one really doesn't. Since they are young could they be fighting for Male/female role?

Ok removed the other green chromis with my fish trap and they are eating pellets now...chomping them down. Never seen them eat so much. Thanks for everything!!! Yippiee!!!

I saw one of the clowns breathing really heavy 5 days ago and then the next day it was gone. I have not seen it since...I think it's dead. I donno what happened. I don't have any fish in the tank... only 2 cleaner fish. This happened with a pair of clowns I had before...Is this common?

Bacterial gill infection. When you see heavy breathing.Maracin2 will fix it over night. If you wait Five days later.......game over man.

We need pics and a better idea about your set up . Did you get rid of the Bellus angel?
You said they were eating good, what were you feeding?
