Sitarangi: I love what your tank has turned into. I personally don't feel the hippo should have ever been in that first tank though...and yes even at that little size. The very high height means nothing as they don't swim top to bottom and swim left to right.

For all of those that talk about a fish's max size is in the wild and never attained in captivity, you are right...and this is because they don't live long enough to reach the adult sizes. (due to our tank sizes not being able to support them)

My dad bought him for the tank when i was off at college when we had the 46g. I told him it was a mistake and the fish was visibly stressed and never had a good place to hide. I fed him well and he got much more comfortable over time. He toughed it out for 6 months but finally got the upgrade he deserved.

And ya TampaReefer79 I'm super stoked about the current state of my tank, my anemone wound up being half my tank... I wonder if its because I feed it 10 fish a week :hmm3:
