Pair up now!...........Please

Oh yea, and I don't dare trust myself with anything with an engine. If it has an engine, it better have 4 wheels for me (that way I won't kill myself). I'd have way too much fun on a Ducati.....

I also have a 2010 Raptor 700R, and Trust me having four wheels does not make it safer. Especially when falling from 15 feet, just ask my fractured knee ;) I feel much safer on my SX. Hell, I feel safer in the air on my SX than I do on my raptor on the ground. HaHa.

Oh, I meant 4 wheels like a Mercedes AMG or Porsche 911 GT3 :)

Still not safe, but relatively compared to your toys!

Ok, get some pictures up so that we can get back to fish!

I hate you... out of envy

Awesome pair, one of my favorite angels, if not the favorite :D

Oh, I was mistaken! I would get in too much trouble with those cars, I will stick with the 335i and Cooper S ;)

Ian- These are without a doubt my favorite angels. I could have a tank full of them and be continent with their monochrome glory ;)

"Wish I had money for one! They're so expensive!"

-Me Too!!! I haven't eaten in two months. But I guess that's whatcha' get for spending all your money on fish ;)

~Michael

Well, the fish are doing great and becoming more "pair-like" every day.
I will try to get some pictures or video of them this evening. I need to get some good shots of them eating from my hand ;)

Bandit Wars!!

Bandit Wars!!

I figure I would share a video of the little babies battling. This is not one of their super rough fights, but you get the idea of how aggressive they were toward eachother. They went from this to all lovey-dovey almost over night.

Part of me wonders if this is the fish straightening out who the dominant fish is, and once that's established they peacefully co-exist like you see now!

+1

Definitely looks like the dance of dominance. I have seen this in the pair of Potter's I had. Eventually they figure it out and things become more peaceful.

Yep, that is what it is. These fish are so close in size that neither of them wanted to back down, so..... They had to prove to each other who was the dominant fish.

~Michael

Well, now that that is sorted, I hope you have a true pair when they mature a bit more. Best of luck!

One of my favorite angels.. I was so eager to buy one at a local fish store a couple days ago. Full grown but very active and eating. You guys think I can keep it in a 150 gallon with the following wrasses: hawaiian flame, rhomboid, lineatus, red margin, mystery and a six line

I dont see why not. Providing it is eating well and was collected and conditioned properly, it should do fine.

They are such personable fish, I am sure you would love having one. ;)

~Michael

You said earlier that you're keeping them at 69. Do they need to be kept that low? I've read elsewhere of people keeping them in reefs at 78-80.

Awesome pair, very jealous.
