Pairing Clowns

Hi,

Is was wondering how it said not to mix species of clowns due to fighting. Would a False Perculla Clown and a Regular Perculla clown fight also? And how can you distinguish a Perculla, False Perculla, and a Ocelleris Clowns? Thanks

false and true percs will pair up just fine. There are more defining features, but the easiest to catch is that true percs have more of a black line/band surrounding their white stripes, whereas for the most part ocellaris (or false perc, they're the same thing) don't have that.

others will probably chime in w/a more specific answer, but that's the first thing that comes to mind for most ppl.

Ohhhhhh, i was thinking that Ocellaris and false percs were totaly different species. Thanks! Off to breeding i guess later!
