Pairing neon gobies?

I'd like to have a pair of neon Gobies. Does anyone have any information on how to successfully pair them? Thanks.

Hm, everything I read said they'd fight with their own kind unless you had a mated pair.

I think it only takes 30 minutes to determine whether you have a pair or not. Put 2 together...if a pair they get along almost instantly, if not, they fight almost instantly.

Mind you, this is 2nd hand info. I remember somewhere some sexing information that would help IF you backlit the fish (shape of abdomenal cavity).
