Pairing Picasso

Has anyone paired their Picasso with a non-Picasso Percula clowns? I've been looking for another Picasso in my area for awhile to pair up with the one I have with no luck. I was thinking of pairing it with just a regular false perc or black perc.

Any thoughts?

Is your picasso a true or false percula?

Black and White clowns are Ocellaris (false perc) and they will pair up with no problems. I have never had an issue with Ocellaris/Percula pairs.

Just to clarify - are you saying that I can pair this up with a black and white perc?

you would have no problems pairing her up with another percula or Occelairs. The pattern does not depict if a clown can be paired up with one that just has the standard pattern.

Very nice picasso. I would suggest pairing it with true percula so that their babies would develop that much darker band.

I agree with xinumaster. Try and locate an Onyx Perc if darker black bands is what you are looking for.
