pairing whitecap gobys?

I found a single whitecap goby with shrimp so can I just find another and add it to my tank? I believe they change sexes just like a clownfish would correct? I've heard to watch for aggression but couldn't find much info. thanks for your time!

Best bet is usually finding a smaller, younger one. Then hope they sort things out without killing each other.
