I see some options:
1. do nothing
2. leave the fish alone and watch for a release of larvae (I'm going to guess 7-12 days)
3. attempt to catch the male and get him to release the eggs, then artificially incubate.
4. attempt to catch the male and place him in his own tank to then brood naturally, undistrubed.
If you take 2-4 and are lucky enough to get live babies, I'd start throwing rotifers and copepod larvae and T-Iso / Nanno in with them and hope for the best. They've been done (by ORA) so it IS possible to raise them! With all my efforts with Apogon leptacanthus and A. margaritophorus though, all I can offer are my guesses...I haven't had any ultimate successes with either species yet.
