Pale Zoos

btw, I just want to add that my params are stable as ever. Been feeding the tank more and took everyones advice on the gfo/rox etc etc. Only thing left I could think of is to lower the photoperiod a bit. If i see results from this, i will raise my fixture and turn back up my photo period. Fixture is already like 13" above the water line. So weird

Hmm, that is weird. I'm kinda going thru a similar experience. I've been dosing brightwell vitaminC for the last month or so and no improvement. I read repeatedly that zoas like dirty water, but my phos and trates are undetectable (and minimal nuisance algae). Anyway it's been like this for months.

Finally broke down and got pohls xtra and zeobak and zeofood7. Just started yesterday. We'll see how it goes. Did u end up getting the pohls xtra and aa's?

yes I was dosing AA and phols xtra for a good while and saw no improvements. What I did see was an increase in some algae growth, not sure if the two were related but I stopped dosing of both. If it works for you, please report back here and how long it took before you see improvements. Thanks

yup, gave a 2polyp frag of cars to my brother. within a month, it colored up and popped out new babies. Even got bigger to the size of my thumb on each polyp. It sat in my tank for 3-4 months, small, pale and never popped out babies.
