Paly and zoas

what do you all suggest for paly and zoas as far as water flow, closer to a powerhead or no, closer to the light or more of a shade? I have read that some like a lot of flow to multiply faster, just curious as to what everyone thinks.

We move out around until they seem happy. Some seem to like more light and others are ok with less. We have notice that when we put them in the tank some will not grow for awhile but then take off. I have had better luck with palys they always seem to grow fast.

I've noticed that the closer the light the brighter they get, but at a slow pace. Mine do ok in medium flow.

all of my colonies are on the bottom and doing very well. I keep my frags closer to the top. mostly so I can keep an eye on them to check progress.
