Palythoa toxin symptoms - serious question

Within 30 minutes of messing with paly's (my glove ripped when I was originally putting them on, and have been doing this forever and stupidly kept going without the gloves- was the last glove in the box) my nose started running non stop for hours- I can't remember the last time my nose ran like this- also started sneezing a few times. My ankles/ wrists and feet/ hands felt kind of stiff, still feel like this. When I went walk this morning my whole body feels tired/ weak. It feels like the flu

Called poison control last night to ask and they said as long as you didn't inhale it you're fine and you're fine even if there was a small cut on your finger and the mucus from the play could have got into it - I was trying to explain it was not from a fish/ what it was.

It's been over 12 hours now and I feel like I'm sick/ weak/ tired like I have the flu or something.

At what point should someone seek medical attention if it actually is this or since its been over 12 hours and There aren't chest pains/ heart rate feels to be within normal range is that the clear?. I do feel like I have the flu (didn't have it yesterday) and feel rather sluggish/ weak etc

Not even sure if what I am feeling is a complete coincidence or this is from the palys. I did do a search on google but the must pronounced symptoms seemed to be difficuly breathing, chest pain, and rapid heart rate.
