Palythoa's or Zoa's? Should I Be Concerned?

Are these Palythoa's and if so should I be concerned about Palyotoxins? It's spreading in my tank, but I can deal with that as long as it's not a health concern. Please advise, thanks.

I'm pretty sure they are palythoas. Be careful when handling them (I advise you do not handle them) as i've heard they can be dangerous. I have the same ones in my tank but they dont really affect anything.
