Par 38

I've been thinking about upgrading my my lights to par 38 bulbs. Would that be enough light for sps corals? Where can I buy a reflector for it? I saw some at Lowe, however they are not very polished... Anyone know where I can buy one? Thanks.

You are doing a "DIY" par 38's? if so i have seen some threads on here about DIY par 38's
i would say do a surch under DIY lighting
