Par meter help

I am looking to buy a par meter that would work with more then 1 situation

Example I use mh and vho while my dad is t5 and led.

I have read the MQ-210 works great for my scenario but won't with leds.

Is there a par meter that works with led and also just as well for my mh?

Maybe my question is dumb but do the ones that auto correct for led also read mh correctly?
