I'd frag it.
I'm getting two (not necessairly a pair) of 3" Paracentropyge multifasciatus tomorrow - I've been looking for a while, so I'm excited my fav lfs has two!
I've gotten two Potter's Angels to eat, so I'm not too worried about that whole process. The question I have is that I have two tanks set up right now that I could use as a QT - which one should I use?
Tank 1 is a 24 x 12 x 12 15g tank, 2x24w T5HO, with a bit of LR and a skimmer - I use this as more of a 'frag' tank.
Tank 2 is a 24 x 12 x 16 20g, just the tank, no light (gets daylight), no skimmer, but about 20 - 30 lbs of mature LR. I've just been using it as a LR holding tank.
Which one do you think would be a better fit for the two multis? I'm thinking the 20g, if I rearrange the rocks to make two or three nice cave/overhang areas for them to hide out under but allow for easy observation.
