I don't know if these had been around before, but they were just put up on coralpedia. I know you guys hate the named/high priced zoas, but I think these are definitely worthy of both.

I've seen these in person. They are very nice. however, they are also VERY SMALL. and i mean, TINY. they make RASTAs look big haha

Yeah, they looked small in the pic. Those rival the ultra rainbow acans as far as color go.

+1...

I've had them a couple months now and they are still half the size of my rastas. I'm hoping to have a show piece the size of a quarter in a year or so ;)

I've seen the mother colony of the guy who originally started selling them in person. It is about the size of a melon. He won't sell the colony but has had offers in the $1000 range. Luckily I was able to pick some up.

Here's my frag:

They are nice, but as others have stated they are tiny, almost a "micro" zoa. You would need 100 of them to rival the colors of a rainbow acan frag! :)

You can't compare zoas to acans. You can't compare grapes to watermelons. You can't compare squirrels to giraffes.

Those are very nice I try to stay away from the Micro Zoas though they are just to small and I believe the smaller the zoa the harder to keep thats my own opinion though

No I was picking up a SS acro frag and they caught my eye. Got the little red ones and the DM porites too.

The smaller the size of zoas and ability to frag it, can increase the difficulty of fragging, but not growing. The smaller ones can be more difficult to frag as the mat is obivously closer together. But they are not difficult to keep. I have several different smaller zoas and they grow as well as the other z and p's in my tank.
