Parasite/bacteria/fungus?

My female maroon clown started showing signs of what I thought was another fish picking on her about a week ago(torn fins). Now, show has what appears to be some type of parasite, bacteria, or fungus. Does anyone know what this is?

Thats a tough one....I would lean towards a bacteria or fungus....Not a parasite because its all in one small area. Hopefully it will go away with good water quality and diet. Almost looks like an injury that might have gotten worse....

Thanks RBU1. She isn't acting strange, and I haven't seen any of the other fish picking on her(she usually rules the roost), so a fungus/ bacteria makes sense. No other fish show these same signs, so I'm going to keep doing water changes, and my normal feeding regimen.
