Wondering if anyone can tell me what is on my tang, just in front of the white spot? Is this the right place to ask?

Are you talking about the dark area in front of the scalpel (the white area near the tail)? Difficult to determine from the photo.

Yes. LFS explains that it is likely a small laceration from a duel with a recently introduced Kole Tang. Made sense, but could also be total B.S. as far as I know.

That's the first thing that came to mind when I looked at it. I think the LFS may be right on this one. LOL!

Certainly doesn't look like a parasite or infection, so a minor injury would make sense.
