Partially fried 7094 controller

It appears that my MultiController has a problem. I have two 6100 pumps on it, which I had connected to sockets 1 and 4. This morning, I noticed that neither pump was running. The controller appeared to be cycling normally, though. I unplugged both power supplies and plugged them back in, but only the pump on socket 1 is working now. The LED on socket 4 does not light up. I swapped around the plugs and either pump will work on socket 1, so it appears that the drivers and power supplies are ok.

I moved the second pump to socket 3 and both are working right now, but I want to get the controller repaired. Is there a way to bypass the controller and just run each pump directly off the driver? That way, the pumps can continue to operate while the controller is off being repaired.

Also, do I an RMA for this and where do I send it?

The 7094 hasn't been available for a few years and the circuit boards are no longer available to repair it. The only option would be to buy a 7095, I would offer a discount on a 7095 if you want to go this route. The pump will run fine without a controller.
