Parts for ice cap ballast

Does anyone know where I can get the fuse screw/plug for an ice cap ballast?

I need the actual cap that holds the fuse in.

If it's what I'm thinking it is, there is a good chance that Radio Shack can get them or has them in stock.

You could always ask in the IceCap forum. I think they have pretty good customer service.
