Parts help for 9005

Hi Roger,

I have a 9005 skimmer that's been great for me for a couple of years now. Recently the pump has been giving me trouble starting. I took it apart and it looks like it's missing one of those brake shoes...well to make matters worse, I attempted to repair it myself with some superglue and I guess you can imagine how that turned out. Could you tell me the parts I need and where to get them? I would like that whole ceramic shaft and assembly with all the associated parts. I've been skimmer less for a couple weeks now and I am noticing the effects.

Ian,

This is difficult right now, you need part 3000.600. These have not been available for about 6 weeks, we expect more in 2 weeks. This part has been made continuously for 11 years now and both sets of molds have worn beyond the tolerance and they are being repaired. I checked today and we are very close to having them back in production. The best I can do at this time is if you send me the pump, I can very likely piece together a temporary fix.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. That would be fantastic, what address should I send it too? If I can get 3 months more out of it, that would be great....looking to upgrade to a 9410.

You did get my note? I was only able to fix it half a$$, it is temporary and finicky but I hoped it would get you by just a little longer.
