Ok, not actually a party but I was hoping there would be a few generous souls that would want to get together some Saturday in November to help me on my tank. I need to take out most all of the rock and clean it again. I'm going to make a last ditch effort to fix this mess before I have the fanciest guppy tank in town. I did this once by myself and it took the whole weekend so I figure with a few of us it could be done in a day like nothing. I'll glady buy some beer and pizza but no pizza until hands are done in the tank. That pizza grease doesn't mix too well with the tank water!
Who wants to get wet up to thier elbows? I'm tentatively thinking November 4th? I sure would appreciate it. Thanks gang!

Neomeris Annulata - alias; Spindle weed. It's a calcium based algea that is supposedly non-invasive (yeah right) and a "desirable" algea. I'm going to manually remove it, do about a 100 - 120 gallon water change and double up on the Phos-ban to see if I can beat it. If not, I really don't know what to do from here other than start over and I don't want to and can't afford to.

I should be able to help, too. Looks like we're in the same neck of the woods.

P.S. I was thinking of getting an attractive, "non-invasive" macro for my display... Now I'm thinking, maybe not.

I do have a few nice sprigs of Halimeda, with roots, you may want to try. It grows crazy in my tank too but it's easy to harvest and keep under control. I like that stuff. If you want it let me know. I'll pull some out anytime you want to run by and grab it.

Now we can have photo documentation of everything if you come Chelsey. See I knew this would seem more like a party than work if we all get together! Thanks again to all.
