I received an order from LiveAquaria.com a couple days ago. I noticed the flasher wrasse in one bag seemed listless. I went through the acclimation and put the fish in a QT. When I finally saw it yesterday I noticed that it was sitting on the bottom. It had bars where it lost color. I will try to get a picture if it comes out again. The bars of lost color are very regular and are vertical and in direct contrast to the normal coloration stripes that are horizontal. I have never seen this before. The fish is not eating.
