PAYPAL fee question

I wanted to ask for an opinion regarding PAYPAL fees. If you accept paypal, do you work the fees into your price? Or do you add 3% to sale price after the fact.

I just was about to buy a used ATI BubbleMaster 250. I got the price to where I was willing to buy. I ended up cancelling the sale since the extra $15 threw me over the top.

Paypal now gives you option to "gift" money, which s not taxed by 3%. Just a thought. I always factor it in the price.

BTW, how are the frags doing you got from me?

Very nice Brad... The purple cap is awesome and there was a unname chalice I believe I got from you that is huge

It's against PayPal's TOS to charge extra for fees. The seller must include that in the selling price.

I agree... But they only seem to enforce that on eBay. I am going to buy a new skimmer of a different brand. The guy selling was standing firm on it. And I am doing the same on principle alone.

The only caveat to that is... If you have any problems with the transaction and you use "gift" you may have some major problems getting paypal to help
