PBT has ich what do I do?

I have a powder blue tang that got ich, I have other fish in the tank. There are only fish in there and I'm never going to add anything but fish, Im probably going to put copper right in the tank with the rock add all the fish I will ever put in then leave it in for a month after. Does this sound like a good idea?
