PBT swimming 'nose down'

I just got a new powder brown tang and it is currently in QT with a couple of other fish. The PBT is about 3 inches long and looks healthy - not thin at all, no visible problems. However, it constantly has a 'nose down' attitude - that is, it constantly is tipped forward about 30 degrees, as if it is swimming deeper, but this is how it swims horizontal and how it 'hovers' in the water. Is this common, or is this the onset of some disease I need to worry about?
