PBT with Ick

I just noticed a couple of ick parasites on its fin. Anything I can do to get rid of it? Cleaner Shrimps, Neon Goby, Kick Ich, etc..

im going through the same thing right now with my pbt and the rest of the fish in my tank that he infected. very very light case so im trying to see if i can get rid of it with just garlic soaked food
