So will this be enough ligh for my 29 gal tank. I know that it will be better then the florecent that I have.

I have LPS and a few SPS with 3x65 watt PCs over a 37 gallon. They are doing fine, and 2 of the 3 bulbs are actinic. Take any advice, including mine you receive on the net with caution. R
